Welcome to RojgarSamay. By accessing, downloading, or using our website, progressive web application, or Android application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Scope & Nature of the Service
RojgarSamay is an independent digital news and notification aggregation platform. We collect, curate, and index publicly released recruitment notices, exam schedules, admit cards, and results issued by official central and state government authorities across India.
We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or government board. We do not conduct examinations, verify candidate credentials, process job applications, or collect application fees. All application procedures and financial transactions occur solely on third-party official government domains.
2. Accuracy & Candidate Due Diligence
While we implement rigorous automated and manual validation pipelines to verify recruitment notices, inadvertent clerical errors, typographical discrepancies, or subsequent amendments by examination boards may occur.
Mandatory Duty of the Candidate: You agree that you are solely responsible for independently verifying all critical notification particulars—including age criteria, qualifications, fee amounts, reservation categories, and deadlines—with the official notification PDF and authorized gazette publication prior to taking action.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
When utilizing the platform, you agree NOT to:
- Deploy automated tools or programs that disrupt system stability or degrade service performance.
- Attempt to interfere with security safeguards or gain unauthorized access to administrative systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable IT regulations in India.
4. Third-Party Links & External Gateways
Our application contains links directing users to official government portals (such as upsc.gov.in, ssc.gov.in, indianrailways.gov.in) and third-party payment gateways. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or security of external websites and assume no liability for interactions conducted outside RojgarSamay.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RojgarSamay OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISSED DEADLINES, FAILED APPLICATIONS, OR RELIANCE UPON INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN.
6. Term Updates & Governing Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Continued usage of the application subsequent to updates signifies your consent to the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
